Join me for a 5 week ceramic class at beautiful Angels Gate Cultural Center, just in time for the holidays! Through various projects, students will explore slab and coil-building using a variety of templates and molds, while incorporating exciting design elements with texture and color. Working with mid-range clay, emphasis will be on bright colors and playful design using underglaze techniques such as transfers, stencils, resists, sgraffito, mishima and dots! Suitable for beginners to advanced makers.

Dates: Fridays from 10/23 to 11/120
(Finished work to be picked up the following week)

Time: Fridays from 10:00am to 12:15pm

- studio equipment including basic clay tools, slab roller, molds and templates, workspace & storage

- clay, slips, underglazes, glazes, & firing

- 5 x 2 hour long studio sessions of instruction and guidance while making work, plus 15 min clean up
