Join me for a 6 week long hand-building ceramics class at beautiful Angel’s Gate Cultural Center overlooking Point Fermin! This class is designed for all skill levels, no prior experience is necessary. We will cover the basics of hand-building with clay and incorporating various surface design techniques, while offering ways to develop and refine skills you may already have.

The course includes six 2 hour classes with instruction, demos and guidance, 25 lbs of low-fire earthenware, various slips and underglazes, clear glaze, basic tools and firing. Additional clay can be purchased through Melodie.

Dates: Fridays in June-July from 6/7/2024 through 7/12/2024.

Times: 10:00am - 12:00pm and 4:00-6:00pm
